Working procedure:
- Heat pipe series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device
- Selective coating on inner cover of evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to heat pipes by aluminum fins
- Liquid in heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to condenser
- Heat then passes through heat exchanger
- Vapors becomes liquid, returning to base of heat pipe
- Heat conducts to heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via copper pipe
- Transference of heat into liquid creates continuous circulation as long as collector is heated by sun
